An interactive 3D sales experience for the transformation of a historic architectural landmark in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Kostava 49 is a premium residential redevelopment in Tbilisi by Immobiliare, the real estate development arm of DMG Group. Originally designed by Georgian architect Mikheil Neprintsev, the historic former Ministry of Agriculture building is being transformed into 81 residences with commercial spaces and modern amenities.
With an architectural concept developed by Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, the project preserves its historic facade while introducing contemporary residential interiors.
SmartPixel developed a custom Pro interactive 3D sales application, allowing the sales team to showcase the development and help prospective buyers explore the project before completion
