Lumio Residences is a residential project in Alto de Las Palmas, Medellín, shaped around light, landscape, architecture, and investment transparency. Part of the ALTO 5 Min City environment, the project connects future residents to nature, services, dining, wellness, and everyday urban convenience.
SmartPixel created the interactive digital twin for Lumio Residences, helping Initium and its project partners present the architecture, residences, typologies, location context, and investment story in one connected 3D experience.
For a project built around design and future value, the digital twin gives buyers and investors a more visual way to explore the project before completion.
