SmartPixel partnered with IDA Développement to create an immersive leasing platform for OTTERA, a forward-thinking residential development in Saint-Zotique. The experience enables prospective residents to explore thoughtfully designed floorplans from studios to 5 ½ units  through a richly detailed, navigable 3D environment.

The platform highlights OTTERA’s full vision: shared amenities like coworking spaces, a pool, lounge, community garden, and fitness area; sustainable building practices; and strong community integration in a serene but connected neighborhood. Powered by SmartPixel, leasing teams can present not just units but the lifestyle OTTERA offers with clarity, realism, and emotional resonance.
