Renaissance at Hillside is a residential community by Davenport Worldwide in southwest Atlanta, designed around more than the homes themselves. The project is shaped by its setting, landscape, outdoor spaces, amenities, arrival sequence, and the overall feeling of the place before it exists.

SmartPixel created an interactive 3D sales experience to help present that vision in a more complete way. The experience brings together the architecture, residences, outdoor environment, amenities, pathways, landscape, and surrounding context into one visual platform built for buyer presentations.
